*Bilberry leaf is rich in a compound called Inulin. Inulin mimics insulin in the body and is non-toxic. Hibiscus flowers are high in Vitamin C and helps with high blood pressure levels in people with type 2 diabetes. Cinnamon helps stabilize blood glucose levels and researchers found that cinnamon cut cholesterol by about 18% and blood sugar levels by 24% when 1- 6grams is used for more than 40 days.
