For perishable items (e.g., opened tea blends), returns are limited to 14 days from delivery due to hygiene and product integrity concerns 24.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals, tags, and labels intact.

Tea accessories (e.g., infusers, cups) must be free of damage, stains, or signs of use.

Custom tea blends are made to order and crafted specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of these blends, all custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product) 48.

Securely package items in the original box or a durable alternative. Include the RA# on the exterior.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Exceptions & Fees
